• Arrival: Participants are accommodated at Arcotel Hotel Kongress Leoben, Hauptplatz 1, 8700 Leoben, phone: +43 3842 468 00 - 0 and are asked to meet at the reception desk at 05:30pm.
• 06:00pm: Opening ceremony, drawing lots at the Aula of the Montanuniversität.

• After Dinner: Meeting of Teamleaders with Organizing Committee, at Arcotel

Friday, May 07^th 2010

• 08.30am: Jury Briefing
• 09.00am: First Selective Fight
• 01.00pm: Lunch
• 02.30pm: Second Selective Fight
• 07.00 pm (approx.): Barbecue party in the court of BG/BRG neu

Saturday, May 08^th 2010

• 09.00am: Third Selective Fight (Teams may choose problem)
• 01.00pm (approx.): Lunch
• 02.00pm: Finals
• afterwards: Winner's ceremony, closing ceremony
• 05.30pm (approx.): AOC meeting
• afterwards: Departure
